Damaged Item / Wrong Item

Lost Packages 

When you think your packages is lost, reach out with your order number and we will try to track the parcel.


If you want to cancel an order, This is no problem at all.

We charge a small fee of 5% on the total amount.

When you reach out, we will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. We’re always trying to find the best solution.
